TAUR Care is our network of approved local/national repair operators that we have partnered with to provide after-sales care.

TAUR was designed from the ground-up to last for years – and to be easily serviceable – just like a car. For simple issues, such as a flat tire, any bicycle/repair technician in the world should be able to handle it without training. For more complex mechanical/electronic issues, we can only work with approved vendors.

Either way, TAUR will work with you to ensure you're back on the road ASAP. – especially if it's our fault. Click here for information on our warranty.
