Delivery

TAUR is produced in our facilities in Los Angeles and London, and we produce in small batches to ensure the highest possible quality. The number of remaining units (as described in our pricing section) can fluctuate daily depending on how many we've produced that day and how many customers have bought. 

Depending on our production timeline, and our obligations to our pre-order customers (who get priority shipping), our typical time to dispatch new customer orders is approximately 1-2 weeks.

As soon as we dispatch an order, we will email you your FedEx tracking code. 

A note to all customers: given the high value of the item, TAUR's default shipping policy is to require a signature on delivery. If no signature can be provided the package will be returned to the local depot.

US shipping

From the point of dispatch, our typical shipping time is 3 to 5 days via FedEx. For customers in LA and California, shipments typically arrive overnight. As for East Coast customers, shipping can take up to the full 5 days.

UK shipping

From the point of dispatch, FedEx will deliver usually overnight.
